Instructions

Step 1
Step 1 - Add Yoghurt or plant based yoghurt alternative such as Alpro to a bowl
Step 2
Step 2 - Slice 2 kiwis, 1 banana and 6 strawberries and arrange around the sides of the bowl
Step 3
Step 3 - In the remaining space add the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chopped almonds and walnuts
Step 4
Step 4 - sprinkle the chia seeds over the contents of the bowl evenly
Step 5
Step 5 - add the peanut butter to the middle of the bowl on top of the other ingredients
