Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the coconut aminos, minced garlic, grated ginger, and honey/maple syrup (if using). Set aside.

2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil. Once the oil is hot, add the lean ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.

3. Reduce the heat to medium and pour the coconut aminos mixture over the cooked beef. Stir well to coat the beef with the sauce. Let it simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
