Instructions
Step 1
Thaw shrimp (and riced cauliflower if necessary), rinse & set aside.
Step 2
Spray medium skillet with olive oil cooking spray and cook shrimp until pink. Set aside.
Step 3
Warm cauliflower in same skillet; no need to rinse. Divide into 2 portions. Divide shrimp over both servings of cauliflower. Serve.
