Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice.
Step 2
Chop the veg finely.
Step 3
Heat oil in large pan. Fry, one after the other: onion, garlic, chili, carrot, peppers, cabbage, beans, spring onion.
Step 4
Add a little soy sauce.
Step 5
Add the rice and saute for a few mins. Garnish with spring onions. Each diner can add finely ground black pepper to taste.
