Laksa Paste
1 tspground tumeric
6garlic cloves
1 cubeginger
medium
1 tspcumin powder
cinnamon powder
salt
olive oil
red chilli

Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to packet directions. Drain. Cover to keep warm.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large wok over a medium heat. Add laksa paste. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes, or until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the prawns and leaves. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the coconut milk and stock. Bring to the boil. Simmer gently for 3 minutes, or until prawns are cooked. Remove from heat. Stir in sauce, juice, and sugar.
Step 4
Divide noodles evenly among bowls. Spoon over the mixture. Serve with lime wedges.
