Instructions

Step 1
Cook your bacon til crisp in the oven. Crumble and set to the side
Step 2
Finely chop your onion and add to crock pot. Add bag of frozen hash browns, broth and seasoning. Cook until potatoes begin to soften. Add cream cheese in cubes and cook until melted.

Add bacon and a spoon full of grease. Stir til combined
Step 4
Turn off crock pot and add green onions and cheese. Serve with oyster crackers.
