Step 1
Roast all seeds on a sheet pan at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes Mix all other ingredients except honey. Add toasted seeds. Heat honey in a saucepan to 242 degrees F (soft ball). Add to mixture and combine quickly. Press into greased 9 x 12 baking pan. Cut to desired size.
