Step 1
1. Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces 2. Fry onion, garlic & olive oil in an oven safe cast iron pot 3. Add pumpkin & cook for a few minutes before adding capsicum & zucchini & frying for a few more minutes
4. Mix together stock, pesto & chilli & pour into pot & bring to a boil 5. Add pasta & put into a pre heated oven (180ยฐ) covered for 10 minutes before adding parmesan & bocconcini & cook uncovered for a further 5 minutes
