Step 1
1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Rinse and let cool. 2. While the pasta cooks/cools, chop your veggies and make your sauce. 3. In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients and whisk together until smooth.
4. When pasta is done cooling, add to a bowl with the chopped vegetables. Then add the sauce on top and toss together.
