2. Add oil to a pot and heat 3. Combine mayo, chili sauce, and sriracha into a bowl 4. Add buttermilk, one squeeze of lemon, salt, pepper to a bowl
5. Add shrimp to buttermilk 6. On a plate, add corn starch to batter shrimp
7. Add shrimp to oil, fry until golden and crispy 8. Add shrimp to bowl and toss with sauce
