Instructions
Step 1
1. Prepare the shrimp, by trimming its head, legs, and deveining
Step 2
2. Rinse in water and pat semi dry
Step 3
3. Coat shrimp in corn starch ensuring even coating
Step 4
4. Prepare oil for deep frying, once up to temperature, fry shrimp for 45 seconds
Step 5
5. In a large pan/wok, use a tablespoon of oil from frying in the previous step
Step 6
6. Sauté garlic, shallots, and chilis until fragrant
Step 7
7. Reduce the heat to low and add butter, once melted turn off heat
Step 8
8. Add the seasoning blend and mix
Step 9
9. Finally add in the shrimp, and coat until fully incorporated
Step 10
10. Garnish with chopped green onions
