I always try to prep my chicken ahead of time and then just weigh out and heat when I'm ready to make this meal...I have crafted the recipe to just make one serving so you can track it easier and weigh out your ingredients accordingly Always track it yourself with brands you use, as sometimes that can dramatically change macros. As is, the macros are as follows for this recipe: Calories: 106 Protein: 21g Carbs: 7.9g Fat: 0.5g Tenderloins- Kirkland frozen tenderloins tortilla shells- La Banderita carb counter street taco, 20cal a piece

Step 1
Refer to honey taco chicken for how to prep chicken. 1. Heat street taco shells in microwave or in skillet 2. Add 50g of cooked chicken to each taco shell 3. Add 14g of fat free cheddar cheese to each shell 4. onions to taste 5. can top with cilantro, nonfat greek yogurt, or salsa (My fav is green verde salsa with cilantro). Just make sure you add your toppings to your calories for the meal
