Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice with the cinnamon stick, cardamom and cloves
Step 2
Cook veggies in pressure cooker
Step 3
Fry the black mustard seeds, ginger, cumin seeds, and curry leaves in the coconut oil
Step 4
Add remaining spices to the spice mix
Step 5
Stir veggies into cooked rice. Add spice mix and stir. Add lemon and cilantro.
