Instructions

Step 1
Mix fresh yeast in water with sugar and dissolve.

Step 2
Pour in flour, salt and oil to knead for 8min.

Step 3
Put into a ball shape and cover to rise at room temperature about in double size.
Step 4
Punch the dough and shape in the loaf pan, (rise the center higher) leave in proof oven of 28°C for 45min to 60min till rise.
Step 5
Bake in 180°C oven for 26min
Step 6
*Brush some plant milk and paste some sesame or flax seeds, or oat flakes.
