Hangover noodles

Instructions

Step 1
Cook noodles
Step 2
Heat a pan with oil.
Step 3
Stir fry the garlic and ginger for 1 min
Step 4
Add the vegetables except the beansprouts and fry until just wilted
Step 5
Empty into a bowl.
Step 6
Stir together the sauce ingredients
Step 7
Add the noodles to a hot pan with 2 tbsp oil
Step 8
Fry for a few minutes and add back the vegetables.
Step 9
Add the beansprouts and the sauce and stir to combine over low heat
Step 10
Fry the eggs
