Step 1
Fry the beef mince until browned. Discard excess fat
Step 2
Trim and half the green beans
Step 3
Boil noodles and green beans for 4 mins
Step 4
Drain and run under cold water.
Step 5
Peel and grate the garlic and ginger.
Step 6
Crush the peanuts
Step 7
Add the garlic and ginger to the beef. Then the sweet chilli sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and ketchup
Step 8
Simmer until thickened and sticky (2mins)
Step 9
Add the noodles and green beans.
Step 10
Squeeze in the lemon juice and then serve
