15 minute Salt & Pepper Chicken - Air fryer edition!
Recipe: Serves 3 good portions (can don4) around 450kcals
400g chicken dice
1 red bell pepper
5 cloves of Garlic
6 spring Onions - white parts chopped for wok, green chopped for garnish
1 white onion diced
Flour - I used 250g but only used around 85-100g to coat the chicken - MAX
1tbsp 5 spice
1tbsp Olive Oil
1 Egg
- add you diced chicken to your beaten egg and make sure it’s mixed well.
- then drain off the egg wash and add to your flour and 5 spice mix and coat well.
- place in your air-fryer at 200° for 15 minutes
- heat a wok up and add your olive, pepper,
Onion & spring onion and cook for 2-3 mins
- then add your Garlic and cook for another 60 seconds.
- add your chicken and toss well, serve immediately
