Step 1
peel the garlic and onions, halve or quarter the onions, put into your blender. put the orgegano into, salt and pepper into the blender. add 3 tbsp of warm water.blend. put into a large saucepan. on a low heat, stir occassionally until you can smell the garlic aroma. blend the cherry tomatoes, put into the saucepan. stir well. keep the saucepan on a low heat.
Step 2
finely chop the basil and spring onion, put into the saucepan once the ingredients have mixed well. add the can of tomatoes to the saucepan.stirr well. leave on a low heat for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
check the sauce consistency every ten minutes, it will eventually thicken by reducing, stirr occassionally throughout.
Step 4
eventually you will left with a delicious, thick sauce, evenly seasoned,

boil the pasta, some salt for taste, grate your chosen cheese, sprinkle onto when you assemble the meal into a dish, enjoy!
