Step 1
1. In large skillet, brown beef, onion slices and green pepper, breaking up meat with a large spoon as it cooks. Pour off excess fat if necessary.
Step 2
2. Stir in rice. Sprinkle chili powder, salt and pepper over all. Add tomatoes. Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and cook 25 to 30 minutes until rice is tender.
