Instructions

Step 1
Just boil, cool, shell, and devein some medium shrimp and chop it into a bowl.
Step 2
Sprinkle it with a little lemon juice, add some chopped celery, and maybe a bit of chopped onion.
Step 3
Season it with Tony Chachere's and a little dill, then stir it all up with enough mayonnaise to hold it together.
