3 packetsegg noodle
cooked and chopped
2Red Peppers
finely sliced
4Carrots
Mediums, peeled and grated
3spring onion
Finely chopped, or diced red onion
parsley
or corriander
Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Cook instant noodles as per package instructions
Step 2
Once noodles are cooked, set aside to cool down
Step 3
In a large bowl add the red pepper, carrot and spring onion
Step 4
Using a kitchen scissor, cut the cooked noodles into different lengths into the bowl of salad
Step 5
Pour dressing over and mix carefully so that the noodles doesn't break into too small pieces
