Step 1
In a pot combine chicken stock, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil. Bring to a boil, then lower temperature to medium.
Step 2
In a bowl add eggs, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Whisk together.
Step 3
While broth is simmering slowing pour eggs into your pot while stirring. You want to create ribbons of egg.
Step 4
Add green onions. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, serve and enjoy!
