Brown chicken pieces and add to slow cooker

Cook onions for 5 min and set aside

Add coconut milk and tomatoe to slow cooker

Mix yoghurt and cornflour together then stir into slow cooker

Blend onion with puree spices ginger lemon juice garlic and chilli

Add to slow cooker and cook for 4 hrs high /8 hrs low

Stir mint and coriander just before serving
