Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet
Step 2
pat dry and season shrimp with salt, pepper and italian seasoning
Step 3
saute shrimp until pink. 3 to 4 minutes. Set aside.
Step 4
melt butter in same pan.
Step 5
Add garlic and saute until aromatic. DO NOT BROWN.
Step 6
Add tomatoes, season and cook over medium heat until reduced
Step 7
add spinach, cook until incorporated. 1 to 2 minutes max
Step 8
add shrimp back to pan, season to taste. reduce heat to simmer.
Step 9
Cook pasta per package instructions and drain
Step 10
Combine pasta and shrimp mixture - serve.
