Instructions
Step 1
Fry onions, garlic and chicken in a generous amount of olive oil. Chop and add peppers and broccoli and carrots.
Step 2
Add tomato paste, honey and soy sauce once the chicken has turned white on outside.
Step 3
Fill pan with coconut milk and stir untill combined.
Step 4
Boil the noodles, then stir into the sauce once chicken is fully cooked. Salt to taste.
Step 5
Garnish with spring onions.
