Step 1
Peel and cut up avocados. Mash to the consistency you choose.
Step 2
Finely dice tomato and drain excess liquid.
Step 3
Finely chop onion and jalapeño. Remove seeds and veins from pepper for less heat.
Step 4
Add tomatoes, onion, pepper, garlic powder and caldo de pollo to the avocados and mix well.
Step 5
Cover with plastic wrap with plastic wrap touching the guacamole to prevent browning. Refrigerate so the flavors come together.
