Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13”x9” baking sheet with foil, ideally nonstick.
Step 2
Arrange crackers in a single layer in pan to completely cover.
Step 3
Melt butter and sugar in saucepan, stirring constantly, until slightly frothy.
Step 4
Spread butter mixture over crackers evenly.
Step 5
Bake for 10-11 minutes.
Step 6
Immediately after removing tray from oven, quickly sprinkle chocolate chips over the top and spread the melting chocolate to form an even layer.
Step 7
Sprinkle pecans on top of the warm chocolate and press them in gently.
Step 8
Let cool, then freeze until very cold. Break into irregular pieces.
