Step 1
Remove casings and Cook sausage
Step 2
Add onion to sausage and cook
Step 3
Add stewed tomatoes, brown rice and seasonings remove from heat
Step 4
Cut slit at top of pepper and down middle (like a T) remove seeds
Step 5
Mix mozzarella cheese into sausage mixture and stuff peppers
Step 6
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake at 400 for 20 minutes
