Instructions
Step 1
Boil water in large pot. Turn off heat. Put some oil. Soak 拉皮 for 10 min. Stir occasionally. Drain and keep soaking in cold water for about 30min.
Step 2
Meanwhile, slice cucumber. Chop green onion and mince garlic.
Step 3
Slice pork tenderloin into match stick. Marinade for 10min.
Step 4
Meanwhile, beat eggs and heat oil in skillet on medium high. Pour in eggs and turn around until formed into a crepe. Flip and cook the other side for a few sec. Set aside and thinly slice.
Step 5
Fry meat on medium high until all red disappears. Set aside.
Step 6
Mix dressing with all ingredients.
