1.7 lbsPork Belly
1 TbsCooking Wine
1 TbsLight Soy Sauce
1 TbsCorn Starch
2 TbsLamb BBQ Sauce Powder
1 TbsGarlic Powder
½ TbsChili Powder
1 TbsOyster Sauce
1 Tbssugar
Radish Garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Slice pork belly into small thin slices, marinate with cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, lamb BBQ sauce powder, garlic powder, chili powder, sugar and corn starch. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Slice radish into thin slices, marinate and mix with white vinegar, salt, sugar and water for a few minutes. Place a bunch of seasoned radish slices on a working chopping board one piece next to each other, simply roll over starting from one end to form a “rose” like shape for plating.
Step 3
A quick oil spray in the pan once heated, gently place marinated pork belly slices in the pan to cook. Cook for a few minutes until crispy and golden brown on both sides. Remove from heat, serve warm on a plate with radish rose garnish on the side.
