Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x9 pan with nonstick spray. 2. Whisk rolled oats, almond milk, eggs, maply syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla, salt, and berries. 3. Pour into prepared pan. Top with nuts or coconut as desired. 4. Bake 35-40 minutes until just set in center. Cool 5 - 10 minutes before eating.
