Step 1
In a large bowl combine steak, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Sauté over high heat for 6-8 minutes and allow a crust to form. Remove the steak from the pan. Then melt butter in the same pan with red pepper flakes and garlic over medium high heat until fully melted and fragrant. Toss the steak back in the pan and coat in the garlic butter sauce then serve.
