Instructions
Step 1
Using Saute setting, add the olive oil to the Instant Pot. Add the chopped onion, stir to combine and saute for about a minute. Add garlic and saute another minute.
Step 2
Next, add all remaining ingredients. Combine well.

Close Instant Pot, place valve to seal and set for 17 minutes on manual- high.
