Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Step 2
Stir the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, allspice, and nutmeg in a medium bowl.

Whisk the eggs in a large bowl.
Step 4
Add the sugar, pumpkin, vegetable oil, and milk to the eggs. Mix well.
Step 5
Add the pumpkin mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir until all the flour is mixed in.
Step 6
Add peanut butter chips and chocolate chips to the batter
Step 7
Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. Scoop the battery into the muffin cups, filling them about two thirds full.
Step 8
Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
