Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F- line a baking sheet with a silicone muffin tin or, spray an aluminum muffin tin with oil & set aside. In a small bowl whisk together a tablespoon of each sugar & set aside.
Step 2
In a medium bowl- whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon & chocolate chips.
Step 3
In a small bowl- whisk together milk, oil, egg & vanilla. Add to dry & mix until just incorporated (will be a lumpy consistency).
Step 4
Using an ice cream scoop- scoop mixture into muffin tins 2/3 the way filled, sprinkle the tops with sugar mixture.
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 6
Enjoy warm!
