Instructions
Step 1
Put chilies, garlic and onion on comal and brown just a bit.
Step 2
When browned transfer to blender along with tomatoes and 1 tsp salt. Blend.
Step 3
Check to see if it needs water or more salt. Add cilantro and blend a little bit more.
