Step 1
Cut lattice pattern into chicken breasts.
Step 2
Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts for 4-5 min on each side. Season with salt and peppercorn. Remove from heat once golden brown.
Step 3
Melt 1 tbsp of butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add chopped onions and fry until translucent.
Step 4
Squeeze half a lemon's worth of lemon juice into the pan. Add parsley, 12 tbsp of heavy cream, and 1/2 tsp of nutmeg. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and cook for 2-3 min.
Step 5
Return chicken to skillet. Coat in sauce and simmer for 5-10 min over low heat with a lid.
