Reuben Crescent Bake

2 x 8 ouncesrefrigerated crescent rolls

tubes, each

1 poundsliced swiss cheese

1 poundscorned beef

sliced, deli

1 x 14 ouncessauerkraut

can, rinsed and well drained

⅔ cupsalad dressing

1egg white

lightly beaten

3 teaspoonscaraway seeds

Instructions

Step 1

1.Unroll one tube of crescent dough into one long rectangle; seal seams and perforations.

Step 2

2. Press onto the bottom of a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 3

3. Layer with half of the cheese and all of the corned beef.

Step 4

4. Combine sauerkraut and salad dressing; spread over beef. Top with remaining cheese.

Step 5

5. On a lightly floured surface, press or roll second tube of crescent dough into a 13-in. x 9-in. rectangle, sealing seams and perforations. Place over cheese.

Step 6

6. Brush with egg white; sprinkle with caraway seeds.

Step 7

7. Bake for 12-16 minutes or until heated through and crust is golden brown.

Step 8

8. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting
