Preheat oven. 350 degrees F.
Step 3
Combine first 9 ingredients and place in a 9 x 13 dish. Top with cheese.
Step 4
Combine Stuffing and butter, mix thoroughly. Sprinkle on top of the chicken mixture.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
