Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Add melted butter to 9x13 pan
Step 3
Add in 2 lbs rotisserie chicken and coat with melted butter
Step 4
Layer in mixed vegetables and don’t stir
Step 5
Season top of vegetables with salt, pepper and garlic powder
Step 6
Whisk together corn starch and chicken stock then cream of chicken then add to top of vegetables
Step 7
Make biscuit topper with 2 cups milk then add cheese to biscuit dough then add to top
Step 8
Cook for 1 hour in 350 degree oven. May need 5 to 10 extra minutes to crisp up the top
