250gfingerling potatoes
or other small
salt
50gparmigiano
fresh chives
sour cream
2 Tbshot sauce
sambal
100gbacon
black pepper

Instructions
Fried cauliflower
Step 1
Prepare the oven on 180 degrees Celsius
Step 2
Slice the cauliflower at 1 cm thickness and place them on a sheet tray
Step 3
Add a thin layer of olive oil. Add vadouvan and salt.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until getting golden edges.
Smashed crunchy potatoes
Step 5
Boil the little potatoes in a pan with a 3 cn of salted water until you can easily prick them with a fork
Step 6
Slice the bacon and place in a hot pan with olive oil. Remove from pan when fried.
Step 7
Smash the potatoes with a thick glass until 1 cm thickness an plan into the hot pan. Throw on salt and pepper.
Step 8
Create a sauce with the hot sauce, sour cream and a little dash of water, pepper and salt.
Step 9
Slice the chives and grate the parmigiano.
Step 10
Serve the potatoes with the sauce, chives and parmigiano on top, next to the cauliflower.
