Step 1
Grate the zucchini on a grater and then strain them well. Finely chop the green onion and dill. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well along with salt and pepper. If the batter seems too liquid to you, you can add a little flour. In a well-heated pan, add a bit of oil and pour the entire mixture from the bowl. Level it out with a spoon and put a lid on it. Leave the mixture on medium heat until it browns and divide it with a spatula into 2 or 4 parts, which you flip one by one, on the other side, just like you do with an omelette. Notes: -if you don't like sweetcorn or want to avoid it, you can swap it out for green peas
- top the sclices up with any vegetables you like or make a side salad and serve.
