Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven at 220/200 degrees.
Step 2
2. Cut all the veggies and garlic and mix in a bowl with chicken, harissa paste, honey and a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 3
3. Add it to a baking tray or dish, for 20mins.
Step 4
4. I'm the meantime add veggie stock to the giant couscous and boil for 15minutes.
Step 5
5. Add chopped parsley to the natural yogurt.
Step 6
6. Take the tray out of the oven, add the cooked giant couscous and bake it for another 5 minutes.
