Step 1
Preheat oven to 355 F
Step 2
Prepare chicken by putting it in a baking dish and make a marinade with the seasonings and soy sauce and water
Step 3
Pour marinade over chicken
Step 4
Place chicken in baking dish and cook for one hour
Step 5
After one hour increase temperature to 430 F and fry the skin for another 30 minutes
