Instructions

Step 1
Peel and cut onions, peel and grate ginger, peel garlic and cut into small pieces. Mix spices for marinade and mix with onions,garlic,ginger, and lime juice cover meat and rest two hours
Step 2
Bay oil and fry chicken add chili peppers and bell peppers. Cut into strips and bake in oven on 355 F for 10-15 minutes with the rest of the marinade and onions. You can also make a sauce with the marinade juices
