Instructions
Step 1
Chop onion, ginger and chilli to really small pieces. Mince Garlic. Mix all together. Cook the rice and remove excess water
Step 2
Cut the turkey into bite-size pieces
Step 3
Put the peas into boiling water for min. 5 minutes.
Step 4
Heat a pan with olive/cooking oil. Add onion, ginger, chilli and garlic into the pan. Fry for ~3 minutes, until the onion is soft.
Step 5
Add the turkey. Fry the meat for a few minutes on all sides until the meat is no longer pink in the middle
Step 6
Add corn and peas (without excess water) and rice. Stir and fry for ~3 minutes. Then, add soy sauce and stir and fry for a few more minutes.
