Ingredients

500gchicken breast
1onion
big
1carrot
canned baby corn
optional
80gsugar snap peas
1 spoonwheat flour
400grice
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
For the sauce
4 spoonssoy sauce
1 spoonrice vinegar
2 spoonshoney
or 3 teaspoons cane suggar
2 spoonswater
1 teaspoonminced ginger
2 clovesgarlic\
minced

Instructions
Step 1
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the box
Making the sauce
Step 2
Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, water, honey/sugar, ginger and garlic in a bowl

Preparing the chicken
Step 3
Cut the chicken into cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Coat the chicken pieces in flour. Heat up a pan with ~2 spoons of oil and fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes (until it's no longer pink inside). Make sure it's cooked on all sides. Put the chicken aside.
Preparing the dish
Step 5
Chop the onion into small cube. Cut the corn and carrot into thin sticks.
Step 6
On the pan previously used, heat a spoon of oil. Add the onion and fry until it softens. After that, add the remaining vegetables and fry for ~5 minutes, stiring.
Step 7
Add the chicken into the vegetables on the pan. Pour the mixed sauce as well. Cook for ~2 minutes constantly stirring. After that, add the cooked rice and cook for another ~3 minutes. Top with chives and sesame.
