2STALKS CELERY
SAUTEED IN BUTTER OR OLIVE OIL, you can chop up tops as well and throw them in the pot

1can of petite diced tomatoes

1potato
diced and cooked

1carrot
shredded or chopped

frozen chopped spinach

Vegetable Broth
as needed for soup consistency

2 packetsbroth
or 2 - 3 teaspoons of beef broth

onion salt

Garlic Salt
or Powder

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Bring all ingredients to a boil, cover and let this simmer on the stove for 30-45 mins. Add water as needed.
Step 2
Serve with a dollop of sour cream and diced green onions.
