Instructions
Fried rice
Step 1
Mix the kewpie mayo and cooked rice together
Step 2
Stir fry the green onion and mushroom in a pan with the mirin. Add the tuna and mix well.
Step 3
Add the rice to the pan and combine. Add the soy sauce and some salt and pepper. Fry until hot.
Omelette
Step 4
Whisk 2 eggs together with one tsp of the bonito powder. Cook the egg in a small pan, scramble very gently so it stays in the shape of a circle. As you scramble the egg, move the pan and let the egg drip onto the parts of the pan that are uncovered.
Step 5
Pour half of the tuna fried rice onto one half of the egg. Fold the otherside of the egg onto the fried rice. Flip the omelette directly into the bento box
Step 6
Squirt desired amount of ketchup onto the top of the egg.
Step 7
Repeat with the other 2 eggs and the rest of the fried rice.
