30glight butter
1 Tbspgarlic paste
1 Tbsptomato puree
70mllight soy sauce
50mlwater
30glow fat cream cheese
39glight cheddar

Instructions
Step 1
Dice chicken and season with the chilli flakes, soy sauce and garlic powder.
Step 2
Add to a pan of fry light and cook on high heat for 10-15 mins until brown. Set aside.
Step 3
Add the butter, garlic paste, tomato puree, soy sauce, water, cream cheese and cheddar to the pan on medium heat. Stir well and simmer until thickened.
Step 4
Meanwhile, boil water, cook and drain the noodles.
Step 5
Once the sauce is ready, add the noodles and cooked chicken, stirring to coat well.
Step 6
Split between 5 servings and enjoy. Serve with veg!
